I've worked out with your wonderful stretch and strength videos for about 3 years now. I try to work out three times a week. I'm 87 years old my husband is 90. He has been a lifelong workout/exercise enthusiasts. He still works out and swims at our GM almost daily.
He's in great shape. Yesterday I asked if he'd like to join me while I work out to your videos – or at least watch while I exercise. He agreed and pulled up a chair beside me and we did the 'Strength' program together.
