Hi, Anne,
We started the Stronger Seniors program about three months ago and the 22 ladies and the one very secure gentleman from the Steger, IL Municipal Center have really come not only to enjoy them, but claim to be getting a lot of benefits from them. We meet twice a week. They have been so happy with their results, that they’d like to send you a thank you note, but we need a correct address where we can send the card. If someone room your staff could forward that to us, we would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you!

I live in a senior park and facilitate four exercise sessions a week (all on DVD – I’m not an instructor). The participants age range is from 55 to 93. The Favorite is “Stronger Seniors Yoga.” If Ms. Burnell is ever in the San Diego area we would be pleased to welcome her to the club house and hear from her. That is my request.
Another request, what other Yoga DVD would you recommend?
Thank you for your attention

I learned about this program while volunteering at the Gibson Center for Senior Services in North Conway, NH. I was amazed at how thorough the series of exercises are and how easy it is to follow and adapt for those with limitations. Anne provides just enough guidance and instruction during the program in a pleasant and cordial way. I am a relatively fit young senior (64) myself and would consider the stretching and strength and balance tapes a decent supplement to my other personal exercise. Thank you for developing this wonderful exercise program. Many folks benefit from it!

Hello Anne – I’m an Extend (UK) teacher (fitness for elderly and disabled) and 3 years ago saw one of your YouTube clips which inspired me to develop a routine based on ‘Sweets for my Sweet’ – perfect tempo! – which has carried me through my 3-weekly classes ever since. Over time it’s been modified, now also comes in a half tempo version for my 95yr olds, and has been copied at our annual conference. Many, many thanks to you!
Before qualifying as an instructor I enjoyed Pilates classes for about 15 years – sadly they clash with my own now, timewise – and I can see the strong Pilates influence in your work. So, I really just wanted you to know that single clip really helped me define my own style and ‘modus operandi’ and long may you ‘step, kick, step’! :-)
Regards,
Leigh
