I’m now 88 years old. I started using Anne’s chair exercises when I broke a bone. In my ankle and was bemoaning the fact that I wouldn’t be able to walk on it for about a month. The body worker I was working with suggested I go to YouTube and see what I could find there for chair exercises for seniors.
This was 2016. Here it is nine years later and almost every day since then I’ve been doing just the “warm ups” and “”aerobics” parts. Except when I was growing up, and then again in college, I never did formal exercising. Until the Stronger Seniors. The music, combined with Anne’s exercises and the women behind her have kept me going(along with walking and free dancing) all these years.
A year ago I fractured my hip, and that set me back for a while, but soon I was doing the warm ups and aerobics on the “Stretch and Strength” DVD again!
