BURGER LETTUCE WRAP

Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients:
  • 6 large lettuce leaves (starting with a whole lettuce)

  • 1/4 brown onion finely diced

  • 130g extra lean beef mince (or turkey.)

  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

  • Steak seasoning or a dash of garlic powder
  • 2 slices light cheese

  • 3 thin slices of tomato

  • 3 pickle slices

Prepare: Rinse and thoroughly dry 4 to 6 lettuce leaves and set them aside. Chop the lettuce, tomateos, onions, and any other toppings.

STEP 1: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, reduce to medium, add the meat; sprinkle with steak seasoning. Continue to cook over medium heat until a little it of pink remains in the meat.

STEP 2: Blot the excess fat from the beef with a paper towel and assemble the wraps by placing a spoonful of beef onto each wrap, then top with cheese, let it sit for a couple of seconds so that the cheese melts, add the chopped dill pickle, diced onion and your favorite burger toppings.
