Ingredients:
100 g (1 cup) rolled oats (old-fashioned)
150 ml (⅔ cup) milk
1 egg
1 medium apple
ÂĽ tsp ground cinnamon
ÂĽ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
25–40 g (2–3 tbsp) raisins
20–30 g (2 tbsp) dried cranberries

For topping:
1 medium apple
Lemon juice
1–1 ½ tsp honey (optional)
ÂĽ tsp ground cinnamon

Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 45–55 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
